What can be returned

Any part bought from Ohmcrate can be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unopened and in its original packaging, with the seals intact.

How to return

• Write to the shop with the 12-character order reference from the docket and the parts you are returning. Write to support@ohmcrate.online, or reply to any email the shop has sent you.
• The shop replies with the return address and confirms the parts it expects.
• Pack the parts so the original packaging arrives undamaged.

Refunds

Once the parts arrive and are checked, the price of the returned parts is refunded to the card used for the order, in the currency it was charged in.

Faulty or wrong parts

If a part arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, write to the shop with the order reference and a short description. Opening a faulty part to test it does not prevent its return. Your statutory rights for faulty goods are not affected by this policy.
